Stock reference or new development?
For an existing catalogue item, quote the SKU, preferred colours and quantity. Ask the sales team to confirm current availability and dispatch; a catalogue entry is not an inventory guarantee.
For custom production, attach a reference image, sketch or sample and say what should stay the same and what should change. The custom-production MOQ and ready-stock quantities are separate questions.
Browsing first? See current ready-stock scarves.
Describe the scarf, not just its name.
- Material direction
- State the required fibre composition if known. Otherwise describe the intended feel, warmth, use and target price, and ask for options.
- Dimensions
- Give length and width with units. Say whether fringe is included in the measurements.
- Construction and appearance
- Identify knitted or woven construction if known, plus the pattern, colours and any reference details. Mark undecided specifications as “to be confirmed”.
- Branding and packaging
- Describe label placement, hangtags and packaging requirements. Include artwork if available and ask the factory to confirm feasibility.
Make quantities, dates and documents specific.
Give the total quantity and the proposed split by style and colour. Ask how the minimum applies to that split instead of assuming one headline minimum covers every combination.
Include the destination country and required arrival date. Keep sample approval, production completion and arrival separate: the factory reviews the brief before confirming a schedule.
If your programme needs certificates or traceability documents, list them too. A factory certificate covers a defined scope and period, not every material or shipment; see Elvuna’s certificate records.
Your enquiry, ready to start.
Copy this outline into your brief. Leave unknown items as “to be confirmed” instead of guessing technical details.
Product reference / catalogue SKU: Stock enquiry or custom development: Reference image / sample: Material / intended feel: Length × width (units; fringe included?): Construction / pattern: Colours and quantity per colour: Total quantity: Labels / artwork / packaging: Required documents or standards: Destination country / required arrival date: Target budget (optional): Questions / specifications to confirm:
This checklist helps organise a request. It isn’t a quotation or a promise of material availability, price, lead time or certification; final terms need factory confirmation.
